Roshan graduated from NALSAR, Hyderabad completing his B.A. (Hons) LLB in the year 2011.

Subsequently in 2012, Roshan completed his post graduate law degree in MSc Criminal Justice and Criminology from Centre for Criminology, Faculty of Law at University of Oxford.

Roshan has been practising at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court since 2012.

The focus of his practise has been predominantly in the field of Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Law. In addition to this, he also handles cases in the domain of Arbitration, Civil, Commercial, Property, Competition, Banking and Insolvency Laws.

The present blog is an effort to disseminate knowledge to lawyers and other interested parties about the latest developments in the field of Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Law.

The blog entries are made on a consistent basis and this blog also invites advocates/scholars/academics related to the field of Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Law to contribute to the blog.
